Andre Fowles is an award winning Jamaican born Chef who learned the basics of soulful cooking as a young boy from his grandmother, inspiring him to pursue a career as a professional Chef. After graduating from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Andre took the culinary world by storm, winning the Food Network’s “Chopped” three times. Andre has been featured in Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, the NY Times and Eater.
For Andre, cooking is not just his profession, it is his passion. He loves to share his love of food with his clients, telling a story with his creative menus. Andre’s unique approach to cooking, combining his classical technique with his Caribbean background, brings people together to eat and be happy!
